Awakening in the Apocalypse: A Deadly Reversal

[Content warning: The second male lead, Liu, isn’t exactly a player, but he does sleep around and has an official girlfriend. The romance develops slowly. This isn’t a wish-fulfillment story, and there’s no face-slapping. Several of the main and supporting characters have flaws.]

Seven years after being exiled for a false bullying accusation, the young master flies home overnight to attend his mother’s funeral. First, he foresees the coming apocalypse on the plane. Then, after landing, he discovers that his father has had a second family for years.

Taking advantage of the disasters to give his father a hard time, the young master hurries off with the ancestral pocket dimension he has unexpectedly awakened.

Along the way, he accidentally picks up Liu, a future big shot with scrambled memories; a pig that can fly and eat even better; a former classmate who can crackle a whip of electricity…

The young master is deeply perplexed.

These people were all ridiculously impressive in his visions. Why are they all useless nobodies who need him to support them in real life?

A group of useless nobodies who seem on the verge of getting wiped out every other episode somehow manage to hang on for more than a hundred episodes. At last, they awaken their powers and lay waste to their enemies. Just as the young master thinks he can settle down and enjoy retirement, the now godlike big shot grabs him by the scruff of the neck.

One day, Liu, the big shot, regains all his memories and suddenly realizes that his long-dead white moonlight is right in front of him…

The nearly two-meter-tall man corners the 176-centimeter young master against the wall and murmurs, “Brother Su, won’t you be gentle with me~”
