Adventure in the Ural Mountains

Sekine discovers a mysterious note at a flea market, and the story begins. My name is Sekine. By chance, I discovered an old notebook at an inconspicuous stall at a flea market. Its cover was yellowed and the edges were frayed, but the name "Dyatlov" written on it in gold ink made my heart beat faster. A preliminary study of note-taking I carefully opened this notebook, as if opening a door to the past. On the first page, Dyatlov wrote in his slightly scrawled handwriting: "In January 1959, a group of nine of us, full of desire for the unknown, embarked on an adventure trip to the Ural Mountains. Our goal was to conquer Mount Ototen and then replace the second-level mountaineering certificate with a third-level mountaineering certificate."
