Basically the author's ideas in this book are very clear. To put it bluntly, it would be useless to anyone who doesn't solve Chongzhen through time travel. Because Ming Dynasty did die in the hands of Chongzhen. The harder a person without ability works, the greater the harm. If you can't solve the problem, then solve the people who created the problem.
