Young Master, The CEO Is Kneeling at the Door Again

Happy ending / rekindled love / the husband chases his wife to win him back

Fang Zhili had been married for a year when the husband who had once loved him more than anything suddenly began cheating on him constantly. He refused to believe it, waiting for Gu Yan’an to tell him it was all a lie. Instead, his husband caused the deaths of both his parents and brought his family to ruin. At last, he saw the truth clearly, and fled with the siblings who depended on him. In this life, for all eternity, he never wanted to cross paths with Gu Yan’an again.

Gu Yan’an built a prison with his own hands, locking himself and his beloved inside to torment each other. When he finally discovered it had all been a conspiracy, he went mad. He searched high and low, all over the world, for Fang Zhili, but could not find even a single footprint. So he got drunk every day, wept every night, and repented without end. At last, on a very dark night, he met someone who looked exactly like his wife.

Mr. Gu before the chase: He has a mouth, but he barely uses it. No matter how much he has suffered, he can keep it all inside. All that mouth ever does is stay silent.

Mr. Gu while chasing his wife: “Darling, my love for you is real. Boo-hoo, don’t leave me, darling. Would you mind if I knelt right here? Someone bullied you, darling? I’ll beat the living daylights out of that thug...” A desperate ploy to make his wife feel sorry for him.

Mr. Gu after winning his wife back: Lying in his hospital bed, he looks at his gentle wife and opens his mouth to eat the grapes she has peeled for him, tears streaming down his face inside. Oh, what a rotten mouth I have. What kind of miserable life was I living before?
