White Bone View

In ancient times, there was a Zen method called White Bone Viewing. What is important is to visualize one's own body and imagine oneself as a white skeleton, so as to see that the five aggregates are empty, and to observe that all worldly phenomena are nothing more than white bones, thereby gaining various wonderful benefits. It's just that this concept has been lost for many years. Some people in later generations claim to have mastered it, but most of them are deceptive people who don't know the true meaning. And I once heard a person say that when he was young, he met a woman who practiced White Bone Temple, and some very evil and strange things happened to her.
