Judge of the Underworld

Deep in the wilderness stands a Soul-Suppressing Pagoda.

The Soul-Suppressing Pagoda is three stories tall, and the Ghost Judge lives inside.

The Ghost Judge is mighty: he can capture dragons and subdue tigers, and dealing with demons and evil spirits is child's play.

He can judge every injustice in the land.
