This is the story of Fang Chen, an ordinary young man who, driven by curiosity and a longing to learn Gu arts, resolutely embarks on a challenging and unpredictable path of cultivation.
Starting from a quiet little village, Fang Chen presses on with firm conviction and an unwavering devotion to Gu arts. In pursuit of greater mastery of Gu arts, Fang Chen leaves his home and sets out alone on an adventurous journey. Along the way, he crosses mountains, travels through forests, and fords rivers, encountering all kinds of dangers and challenges. He fights fierce beasts, battles harsh conditions, and speaks with other travelers to gather valuable information.
During his adventures, Fang Chen hears a legend about a mysterious valley, home to rare Gu insects and spiritual plants, as well as unknown dangers. He bravely enters the valley, where new challenges and opportunities await. In the days ahead, he will continue to grow in the world of Gu arts, face ever greater trials, and steadily make his way toward its pinnacle.
