Journey to the West: Reborn as Zhu Bajie

Ye Chen, a modern man, accidentally transmigrates and finds himself inhabiting Zhu Bajie, who has just been banished to the mortal realm. Knowing the fate Zhu Bajie was originally destined for in Journey to the West, Ye Chen refuses to sink into it. Fortunately, he acquires an invincible sign-in System.

The System can do anything, and Ye Chen has plenty of lively conversations with it. In this strange, dangerous world, the System becomes his greatest source of support. With its help and his knowledge of the future, Ye Chen decides to embrace the dark side.

He is no longer the lovable, lazy, food-loving Bajie. Instead, he harbors the grand ambition of destroying the Celestial Court and the Western Spirit Mountain. On this path against the world, he will break free of his predetermined fate and wage fierce battles against the authority of the Celestial Court and the forces of the Spirit Mountain. Ye Chen uses the System to steadily increase his strength, making like-minded allies or taking advantage of conflicts between various factions for his own gain. On the journey west, he faces all manner of demons and monsters while secretly laying plans for a fatal strike against the Celestial Court and the Spirit Mountain. Every sign-in could bring an unexpected ability or opportunity, allowing him to gradually gain a foothold in the most difficult circumstances. But would the Celestial Court and the Spirit Mountain really stand idly by? They are sure to suppress Ye Chen's rebellion. Can he overcome every obstacle, achieve his goal, and overturn the established order of this Journey to the West world?
