Forge All Things, Restart Civilization

All things follow a cycle, and new species arise from destruction, whether for an instant or forever. The world changes hands. A species claiming to be the origin of the universe appears on Earth, and human civilization is wiped out in an instant. But the human spirit endures. Who will save the world? Who will lead the last surviving humans into the future? Or will they, like the civilizations before them, gradually disappear into the river of history? A new human civilization begins with forging, and with the rediscovery of technology.
