Twilight Sparkle’s previous incarnation was human. When she was reborn in Ponyville, she retained her full human intelligence, though she lost her memories of her previous life. After growing up in Equestria, she learned a kind of magic that increases her maximum magical capacity a little with every experience and every battle. Her arrival will one day determine the fate of all Equestria.
“I’ll shoulder the banner of friendship, politics, and national defense in the future, and lead the pony race to the top of the world. I’ll be second to none, with all other ponies beneath me!”
