Synopsis

You can read some ancient novels: "Journey to the North", also known as "The Biography of Northern Zhenwu Xuantian God", "The Biography of Emperor Xuan", "The Biography of Emperor Zhenwu" and "The Biography of Dangmo Tianzun", are novels about gods and demons written by Yu Xiangdou, a writer in the Ming Dynasty. The full text consists of four volumes and twenty-four chapters, telling the story of Emperor Zhenwu becoming enlightened and subduing demons. Together with Yu Xiangdou's other novel "Journey to the South", Wu Yuantai's "Journey to the East" and Yang Zhihe's "Journey to the West", they are collectively called "Journey to the West".
