The Client in Love

[Adorkable, Goofy Female Streamer vs. Stoic, Abstinent Male Actor]

Just before she was due to return home for the Spring Festival, the matriarch of Yan Yi's family delivered her final ultimatum: she had to bring her boyfriend home!

Yan Yi had just broken up with her ex. Where was she supposed to conjure up a boyfriend? With no other choice, she spent 2,000 yuan to rent one for the trip home.

Who knew the whole city would be locked down because of the pandemic? Not only did this fake boyfriend eat and drink his fill at her place, he also shamelessly swindled her out of her hard-earned money. Chat with the parents? Pay up. Deal with the aunts and uncles? Pay up.

Even being forced to hold hands came with a fee?!

Yan Yi watched her wallet grow thinner and thinner, ready to cry, when that jerk pushed her onto the bed.

Yan Yi panicked. "I'm out of money!"

Yang Zeshen gritted his teeth. "Put it on credit!"
