[Sentinel and Guide] After the Broken Engagement, I Came Around

[My own take on the Sentinel-Guide setting, with lots of original worldbuilding + a heroine who grows over time + BG romance + lighthearted + a little angst] For certain reasons, Hong Fei, a noble young lady of the Empire who is a brilliant, breathtakingly beautiful genius Guide from a prestigious family, officially applied to break off her engagement to her fiancé, the Empire’s strongest Super S-class Sentinel, whose compatibility with her was as high as eighty percent. But the outcome… didn’t seem to go as smoothly as she’d hoped.

A few cautions: Overall, this will be a somewhat sad little story. The heroine has flaws and isn’t perfect, and she doesn’t grow into someone all that impressive by the end, either. If that’s not your thing, feel free to close the page. I’m sensitive, so please don’t attack me.
