[Some coercion + age gap + intense push and pull]
An orphan with nowhere else to go finds herself attached to a powerful family.
Before long, the little bird’s wings grow strong. Day and night, it longs to peck open the golden lock, break free of its cage, and fly toward the open sky it believes is freedom.
What it doesn’t know is that this so-called “freedom” has been measured and permitted by the hunter at every step.
Freedom and captivity, filial devotion and desire.
In this carefully orchestrated game, whoever breaks first becomes love’s captive.
“What does it matter how far you fly?”
“The string has always been in my hands.”
