In a post-apocalyptic world, rifts open and higher-dimensional beings invade human society, plunging the entire world into chaos and collapse. The invaders unleash monsters to wreak havoc and mutate humans in an attempt to destroy the core belief of human civilization: the "Principle of Civilization." After government forces are crushed, the survivors form an exile government, and the struggle continues.
The Dawn Squad is made up of young warriors with supernatural abilities. Each has endured pain and awakening before they eventually come together to fight for the protection of civilization. Their wise and resolute leader, Chu Xuan, guides them down the path of counterattacking the higher-dimensional beings. They must face powerful enemies and surpass their own limits, advancing into even greater beings. As they venture deeper into the rifts, they gradually uncover the invaders' true purpose: to drag human civilization into darkness.
