It's pretty good. The swallowing energy upgrade is good. Every time you get a point of energy, the upper limit will be increased. It's not the kind of cool story that comes to a complete conclusion all at once. After reading it, overall I have 5% confidence in the worldview and I hope it won't collapse later. It is a good book but it is written a bit slowly.
It's okay to pass the time, but it's not the type I imagined. I thought it was about strengthening all things, black technology and the like. What I've seen so far is basically strengthening the body. There may be more in the future. Let's see.
