He Lewei, 35, has always wanted to be a third-class citizen: waiting to get off work, waiting for salary, and waiting for retirement. Soon he encountered a workplace crisis. After being laid off, he fell into confusion and struggle. To make ends meet, he tried many different jobs. There have been confusions and helplessness, and there have been successes and joys.
