The Weaver

“No invincible protagonist, no harem.” “Angst.” “Some stories are based on real events.”

The Weaver is a novel about time, memory, and the consequences of choice. Its protagonist, Zhao Yizhi, is a librarian and a Weaver with the power to travel through time. By chance, he discovers an ancient diary and embarks on a journey to change other people’s fates. As the story unfolds, his relationship with his colleague Wang Qingzi deepens, and she becomes his fellow Weaver. Guided by the God of Time, they face a series of complex missions together: preventing tragedies, putting historical regrets right, and uncovering the secrets of time. Their relationship and abilities are tested and strengthened by these challenges, as the story also explores the ethics and responsibilities of time travel.
