Period setting + everyday family life + green tea schemer + medical skills + feel-good revenge
(Reader advisory: The romance between the leads doesn’t start until much later!)
Ming Wu is a poor little thing with a father who doesn’t care for her, a mother who doesn’t love her, and a stepmother who beats and berates her as she pleases.
One day, she wakes up after spending two hundred years in the cultivation world, and then she’s back again!!!
Her father and stepmother are no good, and life in the city is hard. She might as well go to the countryside!
Before leaving, Ming Wu feels the storage pouch against her chest and clears out every valuable thing in the house. She empties the home of Song Lijuan, who’s always bullied her, and casually sends in a denunciation letter.
She also signs her useless older brother up to be sent to a “warm and humid” place in the countryside.
And that’s not all. Ming Wu gives the whole family medicine that causes body odor. What goes around comes around!
But later, she discovers that her own body odor wasn’t caused by her stepmother after all. It was...
After she’s sent to the countryside, people keep trying to cause trouble, but she handles every problem as it comes. She also meets good people and gradually reveals her superb medical skills, leading the Lin Family Village brigade to prosperity.
And it turns out that what she dreamed of as a girl was real. The key to unlocking it all lies with one man.
That’s right, the amnesiac man she picked up. Ahem, the man she accidentally made stupid with a single pill...
The writing is okay, I give you five stars to encourage you!
Not bad, pretty good-looking 😘😘😘👍👍
Finished reading on March 11, 2025, the ending is hasty

It's pretty cool, keep looking forward to it
Book reviews that are true and objective, with multi-dimensional descriptions, clear structure, and substantial content can help more book lovers.
The novel is good, but the ending feels too hasty. It's a pity that the male and female protagonists didn't get married, and it's a pity that they didn't give birth to a second child, both girls. Everything else is good.
Nice five-star review.
Except for the ending, which is a bit rushed, everything else is pretty good.
Five-star praise, so beautiful
