"Yongzheng Dynasty" is directed and filmed by Hu Mei, starring Tang Guoqiang, and interprets the ups and downs of Emperor Yongzheng's life. Emperor Kangxi passed away and was succeeded by his fourth elder brother, Yinzhen. After taking power, a series of historical events aimed at promoting the New Deal, restraining officials and gentry from amassing money, and internal party strife and extrusion in the palace, occurred throughout Yongzheng's life and the Yongzheng dynasty.
