A series of old and new cases spanning decades seem to have nothing to do with one another. They have been deliberately buried in the frozen grasslands, forests, and towns, where no one ever thought to look.
Only when they are torn apart and pieced back together, one by one, do they form something new: something more sinister and suffocating.
