In ancient times, this world was ruled by the ancient demon race. They enslaved all living things and devoured the races as food, leaving every people to live in constant fear beneath their rule.
But a meteor from beyond the heavens changed everything, bringing the origin of the immortal path!
Heavenly fire burned for months, and the spiritual energy of the world surged. The environment suppressed the ancient demons, and all living things sounded the call to counterattack. They slew the Ten Great Heavenly Demons and banished the ancient demon race.
Over the next hundred thousand years, generation after generation of outstanding figures developed and perfected the immortal path. At last, the civilization of cultivation reached its peak in this world.
Lin Fang transmigrates into this world of immortal civilization and activates the Friend System from the start. All he has to do is add friends to earn rewards and grow stronger step by step.
However, Lin Fang seems to have broken the System.
“Your friend Lin is always happy to make new friends!”
“Hands on your head and squat down. Let’s be friends!”
“The ancient demon race is reviving and plans to return to the mortal world in this era to reclaim its place as ruler? Let’s be friends first!”
…
Watching all this, the System falls silent.
