One Step to the Heavens: Claiming the Celestial Venerable’s Position from the Start

There are five kinds of immortals in the world: heavenly, earthly, human, divine, and ghostly.

A certain someone who transmigrated here somehow attained the Dao and became a Celestial Immortal outright, a Celestial Venerable standing at the pinnacle of the universe.

What do you do when you reach the top for no apparent reason?

No problem. Make a virtual world to play around in first.

A sour scholar from Qixia Town ascends to heaven in broad daylight, while a qilin arrives on clouds with seven swords to congratulate him.

One hundred and eight Demon Stars from the Celestial Master tradition of Mount Longhu streak across the sky.

Liu Quan the Scholar seals his fate with a single book. Wait, why has the fox I keep at home turned into a woman?

When the Nine Immortals take their rightful places, the virtual world becomes real.

After Shenzhou descends upon another world,

the mighty beings who died long ago in history unexpectedly come back to life.

A behind-the-scenes story, with little screen time for the protagonist.

The world is mainly fleshed out and expanded through supporting characters and bit parts.
