The Fake Young Master Says I'm Not a Villainous Male Lead

Meng Shi'an never imagined that the cliched plot of a novel about a real and fake young master would happen to him! He'd thought that having congenital heart disease and not living to eighteen made him the most unfortunate kid around. He'd never been anywhere, and after finally making a huge fuss until his family agreed to let him go to school and experience a normal life, he met someone who looked remarkably like his father and older brother. Meng Shi'an even began to wonder if his father had been unfaithful. But it turned out that he and that person had been switched at birth. When he learned that the other boy's mother had died in childbirth and his father was away on business most of the time, he felt he'd stolen the other boy's life. The boy didn't have any friends, either, unlike him, who had Huo Yuchuan, a childhood friend who was always looking out for him. Meng Shi'an decided they should switch back. He wasn't going to be some wicked fake young master! Gu Nian'an: That day, I met a very handsome boy. He looked so much like my mother, who'd died long ago, especially his eyes. They were exactly the same. Later, when I learned he had congenital heart disease, I found myself looking out for him whenever I could. Then his heart condition flared up, and, out of nowhere, he was told that he wasn't his father's biological son. He and that boy had been switched at birth, and the boy insisted he had to make it up to me. Truthfully, I was relieved in that moment. Thank goodness we'd been switched. I couldn't imagine a delicate kid like him surviving in my family. One careless moment and he might not have made it.
