A genius medical doctor from the modern world is in a car accident and wakes up inside a book as the tragic villainess.
Wang Jiaojiao, the character in the book who shares her name, is a weak and useless minor character who always obeys her mother. When the male lead, Qin Heng, meets the woman destined for him, her two sons personally offer her poisoned wine and kill her.
When Wang Jiaojiao opens her eyes and realizes what’s happened, she feels as if the sky has fallen. There’s a male lead suffering from poison, and two tiny kids to deal with.
Not only is she married, she’s suddenly a mother too. What a pair of “happy occasions.” In her previous life, she hadn’t even touched a man’s hand.
The male lead, Qin Heng, is determined to kill this awful woman. He threatens and intimidates her, and even lays hands on her. Then Wang Jiaojiao strikes a deal with him: she’ll cure his poisoning, and then leave.
But in the end, she runs and he chases.
Qin Heng’s icy expression softens with a tenderness he’s never shown before. “Wang Jiaojiao, you’re not allowed to leave.”
One is a cold and hot-tempered male lead.
The other is Wang Jiaojiao, who puts looks first and is as clingy and silly as a husky. For her, everything except life and death is a small matter. Damn it, damn it, she’s been “bewitched” again...
