I Got Trapped in a Dungeon Game and Became an NPC at the In-Game Supermarket

Su Qi had struggled for five years in the workplace before finally becoming a department manager. On her way to work, a streak of white light whisked her into a game world.

“Welcome to the xx game world. Congratulations, you are now an NPC in this game. Take over the game supermarket and run it.”

While everyone else toiled through dungeons to earn points and get home, she got to run a supermarket.

While everyone else risked their lives to earn points, Su Qi raised an eyebrow. “Is earning points really that hard?!”

On the first day of business, an elderly couple came into the store. In the real world, they desperately needed money to save their daughter, who had cancer. The System told them that if they earned 10,000 points in the game, they could receive 500,000 yuan. After scraping through two dungeons, they had earned only 200 points.

Su Qi said, “I’ve got a double-points card and a pro-player carry card. Anyone interested?”

The couple gritted their teeth and bought both. To their surprise, they breezed through the dungeon and watched their points soar to 2,000.

On the second day of business, a girl so thin she was little more than skin and bones came into the store. She had been starving for three days when the System pulled her into the game just as she was losing consciousness. Food was scarce in the dungeon, so the first thing she did after getting out was buy something to eat.

“What would you like? I’ve got roast duck, barbecue, hot pot, and luosifen.”

With the mere 100 points she had, the girl redeemed ten different foods and ate until she was full.

More and more people came into the store, and some began testing Su Qi and the System’s limits. When a robber showed up, Su Qi wasn’t afraid. She simply erased him from existence.

Don’t forget, I’m an NPC in this game.
