Slay the Gods: Tales from the Tides, Guardian of a Seaside Village

Ling Xuan was once a mighty and invincible God of War. Now he lives in seclusion in a small fishing village, an ordinary man who spends his days gathering seafood along the shore. To the villagers, he's simply a strong beachcomber. No one knows that the seemingly ordinary long blade in his hand was once a God-Slaying Blade, used to cleave through deities and slay evil spirits.

He thought he could enjoy a carefree life by the peaceful seaside, but monsters from the deep, ancient sea demons, and legendary deities refused to leave him in peace. Whenever dangerous currents stirred and demonic winds rose over the sea, Ling Xuan would step forward and raise his God-Slaying Blade, cutting down every arrogant enemy who thought themselves invincible.

From an ordinary beachcomber to the villagers' object of worship, Ling Xuan seeks a quiet life even as he unwittingly unleashes a new storm of passion. Anyone who dares threaten his village will be cut down!

This is the story of a God of War who returned to an ordinary life, only to be forced to reveal his true strength in times of crisis: If you won't back down, one slash will settle it!
