In a bustling metropolis, like a vast stage, Lin Xiao and Su Chen are two dazzling yet lonely stars upon it.
Lin Xiao is like a pure, elegant lily, blooming quietly in the garden of art. She paints the colorful world within her with her brush, yet is repeatedly hurt by the cold rain of reality. Still, the light in her eyes has never gone out: it is her devotion to her dreams and her longing for true love.
Su Chen is the cold-blooded king of the business world, commanding the shifting tides with every gesture. His world is filled with power plays and schemes, and his heart has long been fortified behind towering walls. But the moment he meets Lin Xiao, the ice begins to thaw.
An accidental collision brings their eyes together. In that instant, time seems to stand still, and the entire world holds nothing but the sound of their heartbeats.
