As the Heavenly Dao of Linyu Domain faces imminent collapse, it uses forbidden magic and sacrifices everything just to save one person.

Lingyin doesn't understand why Linyu would save someone as insignificant as her.
But she has always been good at taking things as they come. If she can't figure it out, she sees no point in dwelling on it. After all, Linyu is the first person who has ever sincerely cared for her and risked its life to protect her.
Linyu is the embodiment of the Heavenly Dao, so Lingyin decides to take its soul fragment across the Myriad Worlds, borrowing the power of the Great Daos in each world to bring him back to life first and help him recreate his world. She can leave the things she still can't understand to time…
Lingyin is clearheaded and rational, but she doesn't know how to weigh or handle certain matters.
So she reaches an unspoken agreement with a Heavenly Dao (Hongchen) who came to watch the fun and couldn't care less about making trouble:
