Someone accidentally discovers that the short videos he watches can be projected into a multiverse called the Myriad Worlds. Whenever a video provokes a strong reaction from its inhabitants, he receives generous rewards. This discovery leads him to carefully select the videos he shares, hoping to earn even more feedback and rewards.
He begins by sharing a video titled "Wukong Takes on Yang Jian," which tells how Sun Wukong, after overcoming countless hardships to obtain the scriptures, discovers that it was all a trap set by the gods and Buddhas of the heavens. In the video, Wukong expresses his longing for a peaceful life, but is enraged by anyone who harms his monkey descendants. The video deeply moves Sun Wukong. He realizes that his efforts may have been for nothing, and vows to defend his dignity, even if he has to wreak havoc in Heaven once more.
