Longing Turns to Hope

Xu Zhiqiao met Shen Ke again at a turning point in her life, just when she was feeling down.

When Shen Ke saw her, he was surprised. They looked at each other in silence, until Shen Ke finally spoke first:

“I like you.”

“I have for a long time.”

He looked at her and saw her smile. His heart skipped a beat.

Xu Zhiqiao took his hand and told him, “I like you too.”

Shen Ke smiled and said, “Then let's get married.”

After all these years apart, let time tell you everything that needs to be said.

May the breeze follow its own course, and may peace last for a long time.
