Three years after graduation, Song Zhinian quit her job and returned to her hometown.

The city, the scenery, and the people were all just as she remembered them. Nothing seemed to have changed.

With the money she had saved over the years, Song Zhinian opened a little flower shop, watching people come and go and the seasons turn.

One day, an old acquaintance pushed open the flower shop door.

The bell rang out, clear and sweet. Song Zhinian looked up at her visitor and froze.
