The peerless assassin Li Ting is reborn in the body of Su Ning, a rookie female investigator.
From the start, she activates the Justice System and obtains a Crime Radar that automatically scans for criminals within a hundred meters. She earns points by making arrests or solving cases.
My name is Su Ning. I'm an investigator on probation, and I just want to become a full-fledged officer as soon as possible. But there's a serial killer who keeps chattering in my head about chopping people up.
My name is Li Ting. Assassination is my specialty, and I'm good at making people shut up. Want to kill someone? It'll cost you extra.
Chief: You said you went out for dinner last night and happened to catch a Class C wanted criminal on the way?
Su Ning: Uh... What a coincidence. He just happened to be sitting in front of me.
The next day, the chief stared in disbelief at the wanted killer sitting in a wheelchair, covered in bandages.
Chief: You're saying... this guy ran into you while you were jogging last night?
Su Ning: Uh... He happened to be lying on the ground, and I accidentally kicked him...
A gang of robbers storms a bank, killing people and stealing money.
Su Ning: Ah! I'm scared!
Li Ting: Hurry up and switch places with me! What's there to be scared of in a little situation like this? Take them all out.
Su Ning: Wait! There are hostages!
Investigator Su Ning takes down eight robbers with her blade. A major achievement! Promoted to senior investigator!
Li Ting: That guy next door keeps sneaking looks at you. Want me to cut him down tonight?
Su Ning: Stop! He's my colleague.
Several years later.
Su Ning, now a leader at the Security Bureau, points to a wanted fugitive highlighted in red on the screen. "Li Ting, I want to get promoted."
Li Ting: Sure. It'll cost you extra.
It's good so far, as long as you don't do anything wrong.
I think it's pretty good, it's a very enjoyable article.
