Mr. Lu, Never See You Again

In our third year of marriage, I gave Lu Ming the cold shoulder for the first time.

The reason was that the cleaning lady had found a tube of lipstick in his study.

He never let me go into his study.

I held up the lipstick and asked him to explain.

He replied nonchalantly, “That new intern brought some documents over last time. She probably left it here by accident.”

I said nothing.

But Lu Ming suddenly flew into a rage. “I’ve already explained it to you. Who are you giving that dead-eyed look to? If you don’t believe me, then let’s get divorced.”

I nodded and, as he stared in shock, took out the divorce papers.
