[Urban comedy, slice of life, not your typical nouveau riche fantasy]
Cai Xiaoyu is a first-year college student from a poor family. His mother is seriously ill, so he works part-time as a delivery rider to help make ends meet.
While rushing his mother to the hospital for emergency treatment, he takes a shortcut through a traffic lane to save time. A spoiled rich heir then extorts money from him, forcing him to hand over the money meant to save his mother's life as compensation.
Unwilling to accept this, Xiaoyu resolves to change the world, and in doing so acquires a super recycling System.
The System's recycling methods, however, are rather unusual. Once Xiaoyu recycles an item and receives payment, the System dispatches a team of collectors to retrieve it. They are unstoppable, their methods are bizarre, and their numbers and equipment vary depending on the item. They are loyal and dependable, and won't stop until the job is done.
The System says that even recycling an entire country isn't out of the question. But Xiaoyu, who grew up poor, has ambitions that go far beyond conquest. He plans to use the System's powerful execution capabilities to change the rules of the game.
From wedding dowries and the bad habit of pressuring people to drink, to the 80/20 rule and survival of the fittest, Xiaoyu will use his ingenuity and the System's support to tackle them one by one.
