In the darkness, a pair of hands pulled her into a storage room, and a soft, cool touch came down on her lips.

“Mm… who are you…”

“If you want to live, shut up.”

His mouth pried hers open without a moment’s hesitation, and another hurried kiss followed.

She could barely breathe.

She tried to shove the towering figure away, but had no strength, and could only let him ruthlessly steal the air from her mouth.

Mo Yan’s limbs began to soften. She stopped struggling in vain and gave in to him, but he suddenly pulled away. In the darkness, she couldn’t see any expression on his face.

“Thank you for saving me.” Mo Yan gazed at the shadow before her through the mist in her eyes.

The man stood motionless and silent. Then he suddenly bent down over her. Mo Yan instinctively closed her eyes and pressed her lips together, only to feel a sharp pain in her neck.

“Ah!”

Every nerve in Mo Yan’s body went taut. Her face burned in the darkness.

She couldn’t believe he had bitten her.
