As they improve together, the clash of their rackets becomes the longest-running accompaniment to their youth. Teamed up as teenagers, they journey from awkward beginnings to the pinnacle of success. On the court, she is calm and steady, always able to settle his nerves; he looks after her attentively, quietly shielding her from trouble. Through countless days and nights spent together, they share every win and loss, every triumph and setback. Their quiet concern for each other hides in the towels they hand over, the glances they exchange after matches, and their casual teasing. What begins as partnership grows into companionship, and then, quietly, into something more. Can two people who share a dream of table tennis hold on to each other's hands beyond the spotlights and rumors, letting the understanding they have on the court last for all the years to come?
