Taken Hostage After Surgery, My Rescue-Team Wife Went to Save Her Suicidal First Love Instead

Just after being discharged from the hospital following leg surgery, I was taken hostage on the rooftop by a former employee who resented my wife for taking his job. He stabbed me dozens of times. But my wife, the captain of a rescue team, was trying to mobilize everyone to stop her depressed first love from setting his rented apartment on fire. I didn’t beg her to come save me. In my previous life, just because I called and begged for her help, she abandoned her first love and rushed to save me. I survived, but after setting the apartment ablaze, her first love died in the fire. My wife didn’t blame me. She even said he had gotten exactly what he deserved. She even promised to prepare a surprise for my birthday a week later. But on my birthday, she drugged me, tied me up, and stabbed me dozens of times! “That day, you and him teamed up to trick me, didn’t you? Those knife wounds of yours weren’t serious at all! You were never going to die!” “Since you love getting stabbed so much, I’ll make your wish come true!” When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day I was taken hostage. This time, I decided to let her go save her first love.
