In the future of the Pokemon world, the rampant capture of Legendary Pokemon threw the world out of balance and brought disaster after disaster. In the end, Team Rocket used Dialga’s power.
Meanwhile, an unappreciated wage slave on Blue Star trudged through one miserable day after another. But Dialga chose him for his pure love of Pokemon and transmigrated him into the Pokemon world as James. Armed with extensive Pokemon knowledge and the power of Dialga within him, he joined Team Rocket. However, after arriving in this world, he was sent flying into a tree by Pikachu, and all he had was a Koffing. Thanks to his extraordinary understanding of Pokemon, James gradually won the favor of the various heroines.
With Dialga’s power dwelling within him and a knowledge base surpassing even Sakaki’s, he can quickly rise to become a core member of Team Rocket. This story will fill in the missing plotlines from the original series, including why Sakaki let Team Rocket members keep giving him experience and why Pikachu refused to get into its Poke Ball.
The story will follow the plot of the original Pokemon series. This is a slow-burn story. Although the protagonist has a Legendary Pokemon’s power within him, he’ll still rely on ordinary Pokemon battles for Gym challenges and competitions.
