Tokyo's Dirty Cop: Unrestrained Abuse of Power

As the bubble bursts and order crumbles, darkness descends on Tokyo in the 1990s.

Deliberately suppressed by Superintendent Yamada and demoted to Shinjuku, his path to promotion is firmly blocked.

Having seen through the hypocrisy and corruption of Japan’s police system, he tears up the rulebook. To keep their jobs, his subordinates are forced to pay a steep price for peace.

Takahashi Toru sinks into an abyss of desire, no longer giving a damn about rules meant to restrain the weak. Anyone who displeases him or dares defy him is ruthlessly swept aside.

Riding on his reputation for solving every case, Takahashi Toru ultimately tramples Superintendent Yamada, who had repeatedly suppressed him in the past, turning him into a stepping stone on his climb to the top.

Step by step, Takahashi Toru schemes and strikes back, personally dragging the lofty superintendent from his pedestal and leaving him disgraced and ruined.
