At first, Rong Xin thought Mei Fanzhi was a poor kid, struggling to make it on his own far from home.
Mei Fanzhi was taller and better-looking than him. He cared about him, acted cute around him, and prepared countless little surprises that touched his heart. Having never experienced familial love, Rong Xin convinced himself that he had finally found a family.
Rong Xin cooked for him, taught him pottery, and let him live in his home, treating him like family. Even though Mei Fanzhi was always doing inexplicable things and saying strange things to him, Rong Xin still told himself it was just a different kind of dependence.
But later, Rong Xin discovered that Mei Fanzhi had been lying to him from beginning to end.
Mei Fanzhi wasn't poor. He was the only son of the richest family in City A, the Mei family. Nor was he as harmless as he seemed. He had driven everyone away from Rong Xin, hoping to make him his alone.
On the day everything came to light, Mei Fanzhi was still pretending to be someone he wasn't, dressed in a cheap tracksuit. He should have looked bright and full of energy, but his deep, dark eyes frightened Rong Xin.
Mei Fanzhi leaned down slightly and rested both hands on Rong Xin's shoulders. His breath brushed Rong Xin's ear as he whispered, “I've been unable to keep up the act for a very, very long time.”
Notes:
1. Both leads are each other's only one; younger wolf-dog top!
2. They like each other the whole way through. It won't be too angsty, but it won't be sweet all the time either.
3. A story about a little wolf-dog luring in and capturing a little white rabbit.
That's it.
It's okay, but there's no beginning or end 😂
