After the Avengers were destroyed, the United States split into the United States and the United States.
North Alliance: Controlled by the Defenders (Captain Northland, Angry Man, Mr. Perfect) and Fisk Group (Kingpin).
Southland: Ruled by President Venom and S. H. I. E. L. D. (Mordoc and the Sinister Six).
American West: Known as "The Place Where Gods Die," Hawkeye and the Fantastic Four barely maintain order in this lawless land.
Iron Man's son fled to Egypt and established the Iron Dynasty with Austria.
The European countries were controlled by the Court of Owls and Hydra was destroyed.
The Red Skull fled to Wakanda, formed a revival meeting with Shu Rui and Iron Heart, and planned to rebuild the United States.
The Celestial Council: Controls everything outside the earth, led by Doctor Doom.
