A Complete Guide to the Cuisine of Toriko

I originally wrote this book based on the anime Toriko, drawing on my own guesses and understanding of its ingredients. So when some of the ingredients I wrote about came into contact with those described in the manga, the volumes covering certain ingredient categories no longer matched. If the differences aren't too great, I'll just revise the original chapter. If they're too great, I'll treat the ingredient names in the manga as referring to different ingredients and write about them separately. As a result, there may be cases where you can tell from the pictures in the author's notes that two ingredients are actually the same.

Also, toward the end of the Toriko manga, some ingredients submitted by readers were selected and drawn into the manga. Later, detailed information may appear in some chapter about corresponding ingredients, though their names might be different. So future updates will probably involve revising and writing at the same time. On top of that, I finally found a job, and working life has its hardships. Please understand if I can't manage a daily update.

I'd also like to mention that after finishing this book, I'll write another big collection of unusual ingredients from other anime. They'll all be strange ingredients that aren't normal food at all, like those in Toriko. I won't be covering ordinary ingredients. For example, Delicious in Dungeon has all kinds of unusual ingredients. I'll only talk about the ingredients, not the plot or anything like that.
