The C-List Actress and the Actor's Sweet Married Life

A sweet, gentle secret-identity devotee who loves for the long haul x a closed-off, conflicted movie star

The first time He Ming meets Mu Nan, he is captivated and quietly loves him for more than ten years. He attends the same university, walks the same campus paths, and even joins the entertainment industry, though he remains a nobody, just to work in the same field as Mu Nan. He hopes that if they ever meet again, they’ll have something to “chat about.”

They meet face-to-face again twelve years later. His unrequited love invites him to register their marriage as soon as they meet, and their newlywed life begins right away…

Influenced by his family background, young superstar Mu Nan doesn’t believe in love. Tired of his uncle constantly nagging him to get married, he decides to grab someone at random and enter into a marriage of convenience. He never expects that before he can sort out this nuisance, he’ll fall into the even bigger “nuisance” of love.

Years later, a reporter asks him, “Fans used to describe your love life as a lonely lighthouse. When someone tried to come close, you’d put out the light yourself. So how did you decide to marry him at first sight?”

Mu Nan looks at the sweet, adorable person in the distance. “He’s the one who lit the lamp.”
