We All Transmigrated as Crown Princes, So Where's My Golden Finger?

The protagonist, Zhao Yuan, was a modern-day programmer. After working overtime for seven days and nights straight to revise code, he accidentally transmigrated in his exhaustion to an unknown ancient dynasty, where he turned out to be the crown prince of a kingdom.

At first, Zhao Yuan was both shocked and bewildered by everything around him. Thrust from a familiar modern office into an unfamiliar ancient palace, he had to face a drastic change in identity and adapt to ancient customs, culture, and ways of life. In the process, Zhao Yuan discovered that he had not inherited the former crown prince's memories, leaving him utterly panicked at the thought of the imminent morning court session.

To avoid court and keep from giving himself away, Zhao Yuan came up with a clever idea in a pinch and put on an elaborate show of being ill. His actions, however, unexpectedly caused an uproar in the palace. The emperor, empress, crown princess, and court officials all expressed concern, and even sent an imperial physician to examine him. While “unconscious,” Zhao Yuan overheard the physician and crown princess talking, as well as the reactions of various factions in the palace. He gradually realized how important his identity was and how complicated palace intrigue could be.

As the story unfolds, Zhao Yuan begins using his modern knowledge and ingenuity to establish himself in the palace. He deftly handles one crisis and challenge after another, all while learning and growing. Along the way, a subtle romantic entanglement develops between him and the crown princess, adding another layer of emotion to the story.
