[Game + leveling up + comeback + conspiracy + dual perspectives]
Li Xuan, a modern homebody obsessed with the immersive online game Nine Heavens Immortal Domain, transmigrates by accident during a System malfunction and becomes the game’s lowest-level NPC: an obscure servant.
To survive in this virtual world that feels terrifyingly real, Li Xuan must find a way to make herself more noticeable. However, she soon discovers that she is fundamentally different from the other NPCs:
She has her own consciousness and can act against her original programming.
She can level up freely, with no level cap.
She can accept and issue quests to players.
She can see and tamper with the game’s code, and even change the direction of the story.
She discovers that her body in the real world is in a deep coma.
“Ding! You have learned the long-lost Nine Heavens Mystical Maiden Scripture!”
“Warning! Your actions are affecting the main storyline. Proceed with caution!”
“Congratulations! You have successfully turned the original villain faction’s boss to your side. The world order has changed!”
It feels like the protagonist doesn't have his own language, he keeps saying shit, I'll go for it! Are some sentences repeated? The protagonist keeps making a fuss and it's very suspenseful. . . When I read the introduction, I thought the protagonist would directly work as an NPC in the game. Unexpectedly, the first half of the story was about the protagonist working as a programmer in the company to test the games she played, constantly repeating reality, game-reality, game. Anyway, the writing style of the first 10 pictures is childish and I can't stand it.
