Silent Red Beans

The story is quite attractive, with all the foreshadowing and explanations, and the rhythm is tight, but there are some misspellings of names and omissions. It mainly revolves around the heroine. When I knew that the heroine suffered from congenital heart disease, I felt that the ending of the story was a bad one. Unexpectedly, the heroine also died after the heart change in the end, leaving the hero alone with a river of sadness, and also failed the expectations of the male protagonist to let her live well. One thing is unclear in the story: it is said that the heroine's grandmother's family is a wealthy family, but the grandmother she met was so down and out, and the whole story was not explained.
