"Hu Jia Jiang" is one of the classic storytelling lectures delivered by Liu Lanfang. It was adapted and re-created based on the folk version. It is published in a collection for the first time. It mainly tells the story of the two kings Huyan Pixian during the reign of Renzong in the Song Dynasty, who was framed by the treacherous minister Pang Wen, the father of the empress of the West Palace, Pang Concubine, and more than 300 members of the family were executed. The descendants of the Hu family, represented by Hu Yanqing, were determined to avenge themselves and risked their lives to worship their ancestors. Among them, Hu Yanqing's three visits to the grave and Hu Yanqing's beating have become famous jokes.
