Zhuang Xia is determined to become a professional female player, but she’s repeatedly turned away because of her age and gender. Even her older brother, a pro player himself, disapproves.
Zhuang Xi: “A kid shouldn’t be playing professionally.”
After she comes of age:
Zhuang Xia: “What about now?”
Zhuang Xi: “Girls shouldn’t be playing professionally.”
Zhuang Xia: “...Lovely.”
Even as an adult, Zhuang Xia is determined to make her own way. She decides to join a newly formed club.
But it turns out the new club is packed with top-tier players.
The steady, taciturn, handsome shot-caller:
Kuang Ye: “Congratulations on joining Team MOB!”
The talkative but arrogant hunter:
Qi Rang: “You’d never win without me carrying you!”
The youthful frontliner:
Shi Ran: “How was that, sis? Wasn’t your big brother’s move awesome?”
The genius marksman with extraordinary calculating skills:
Gu Zili: “Based on the odds, we have very little chance of winning this match.”
The quirky but sensitive long-range shooter:
Zhuang Xia: “But we still won, didn’t we?”
Caster: “Congratulations to Team MOB for winning the 2048 Gods’ Century TGL Pro League Spring Split championship!!!”
