Luring the Rose into Ruin

[Male lead deliberately tempts her + trains him like a dog later on + redemption + both leads are each other's first and only] [Defiant pipa virtuoso heroine vs. spoiled, scheming male lead] When Xu Zhiyi was ten, the Qi family took her in and raised her like a rose, turning her into a gentle, refined little princess. Yet even roses have thorns. As the leading pipa player, she wears a qipao and holds her instrument, looking every bit the meek, well-behaved young lady. But in private, she has a side no one knows. She has kept up her disguise for years, yet Qi Jingci still sees through to her true nature. * Qi Jingci has always been cruel and shameless. He seizes on Xu Zhiyi's little secret to threaten her into staying by his side, keeping their relationship hidden from the world. * On the eve of a torrential storm, Xu Zhiyi is pinned against the window by the man. From there, they can see the blind date who has just walked her home. If he so much as looks up, he'll see what is happening in the second-floor window. Qi Jingci plucks the slim cigarette from between her lips, bites it between his own, and demands in a low voice, “What did you do with him?” In the hazy night, his fingers stroke the jasmine tattoo on her left ribs. “Has he seen this?” Xu Zhiyi doesn't hold back. She turns and slaps him across the face. “Qi Jingci, you really are a bastard.” But his smile only grows more brazen. He catches her hand and gently kisses her palm, his seductive eyes fixed on her. “Does your hand hurt?”
